JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee and manage all AEM development.
- Review, assist and mentor subordinate employee's work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain the training materials in a current, up-to-date condition, working closely with client and development team.
- Conduct training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods and be able to demonstrate their ability to apply principles and methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives.
- Serve as an expert in instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design and production and policies and procedures, which lead to qualification as an instructor.
- Expert in training students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the system to the lowest-replaceable units. Interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Design and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.
- Identify the best approach training requirements to all applicable hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.
